Follow These Simple procedure:

Login to your Blogger Account,
At Your Dashboard, Select Your Blog,
Select –> Design –> Page Elements –> Add Gadget,

Add Popular Posts In Blogger

Now Select Popular Post,
Configure the Widget to your desired option and hit save.

Now Place your widget By Dragging where is been displayed.
Now Click Save On Your Page Element,
That’s all, Now Your Blogger Have A neat Popular post Widget,
