Almost all webmaster use Google Analytics for tracking Website traffic details and carry out Web analysis with it. There is a new feature introduced in Google Analytics for carrying out Visual Analysis of website or a blog. With In Page Analytics you can easily visualize as to how visitors navigate your website or blog. “When looking at Google Analytics reports, sometimes it’s difficult to visualize how visitors navigate on a given website or Blog.Thanks to In Page Analytics now you can easily visualize  how visitors navigate your website or blog.

“When looking at Google Analytics reports, sometimes it’s difficult to visualize how visitors navigate on a given website page. To make this visualization easier, some users keep the website open in another browser tab so they can reference it while looking through reports. Others rely on Site Overlay report in Google Analytics, which, admittedly ‘hasn’t worked out as well it could’” – Google Said.

How to Use In-Page Analytics to Increase Pageview

1. Login to your Google Analytics account.
2. Navigate to Contents and click on “In-Page Analytics” as show below,

3. Now you can see the visual analysis of your visitors clicks percentage and how they navigate through your blog homepage. See the below screenshot,

4. Closely analyze the user navigation and click details. Try to modify the keywords in homepage navigation for attracting more clicks :)

In-page analytics enables you to visually analyze your website pages in order to assess how users interact with those pages, and helps you understand the answers to questions such as:

  • Is my page layout optimal for what I want users to accomplish on the page?
  • Are my users seeing the content I want them to see?
  • Are my users finding what they’re looking for on the page?
  • Are my calls to action motivating or visible enough?
  • Which links are users clicking?
